Customers can request a service through our website contact form, phone call, or WhatsApp message. After receiving the request, our team will contact the customer to confirm the service appointment. Service scheduling depends on technician availability, location, and the nature of the requested repair. A basic visiting or inspection charge may apply for diagnosing appliance problems.
The final repair cost may vary depending on the type of appliance, the nature of the issue, the spare parts required, and the time needed to complete the repair. Customers will be informed of the estimated cost before the repair work begins, and service will proceed only after customer approval. We strive to use genuine and original spare parts whenever possible to ensure quality and durability. However, spare part availability may vary depending on the appliance brand, model, and market availability. In situations where original parts are unavailable, compatible or equivalent parts may be used with the customer's consent.
The cost of spare parts will always be communicated before replacement. Certain repairs or replaced spare parts may carry a limited service warranty depending on the type of repair performed. Warranty terms may vary based on the part replaced and the repair work conducted. Damage caused by misuse, improper electrical supply, water damage, voltage fluctuations, or external factors will not be covered under any service warranty. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the appliance problem and ensuring safe access to the appliance for inspection and repair.
Proper electrical connections and water supply should be available when required for testing. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or if the appliance is severely damaged beyond practical repair. Payment for services must be made upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, UPI, online transfer, or other available payment options.
All applicable service charges and spare part costs will be communicated before the completion of the repair work. While we aim to provide reliable and professional service, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to appliances, manufacturer defects, or indirect losses such as food spoilage or inconvenience caused by appliance failure. Delays may occur due to spare part availability, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers may cancel or reschedule their service appointment by informing us in advance. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice may affect future service availability.
